Patient presented a failing upper anterior bridge. This bridge replaced a missing upper left lateral incisor and additional upper left lateral incisor. The patient also presented absence of the upper right lateral incisor. So some cosmetic work needed to be done to distribute the spaces and provide some symmetry.
2 Mini Implants were placed in the position of the upper left lateral incisor and the upper left supernumerary tooth.
All ceramic crowns replaced the upper central incisors, upper left lateral incisor and the supernumerary upper left lateral incisor (Crowned in the shape of an upper left cuspid). The upper right cuspid was veneered in the shape of a upper right lateral incisor.
